orden\u00f3 a OSE a que \u00abno suscriba el contrato con el consorcio Aguas de Montevideo\u00bb\u00bb, paralizando as\u00ed las obras del proyecto Neptuno en Arazat\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Comisi\u00f3n en defensa del agua y la vida expres\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana expres\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3 \u00abcon mucha satisfacci\u00f3n y alegr\u00eda\u00bb el fallo judicial y adelant\u00f3 que ahora se encaminar\u00e1 un juicio contra OSE con el objetivo central \u00abque se cumpla con la Constituci\u00f3n\u00bb que establece que el servicio de agua potable debe ser prestado exclusivamente por el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el dirigente Federico Kreimerman valor\u00f3 el fallo judicial como positivo y sostuvo que \u00abel tiempo pone las cosas su lugar\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su cuenta de X, apel\u00f3 a la iron\u00eda y afirm\u00f3 que \u00abquisieron tapar con el humo un proyecto
