100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Sindicato \u00danico Nacional de la Construcci\u00f3n y Anexos, (SUNCA) analiz\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana la situaci\u00f3n planteada en la empresa Norte, que se niega a reconocer como trabajadores permanentes a 84 trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En horas de la ma\u00f1ana de este viernes 9 de agosto, en la sede central del sindicato de la construcci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Empresa de la empresa Norte Construcciones, y el encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de delegados de los departamentos de Canelones, Maldonado y Montevideo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan informa el sindicato mediante un comunicado, analizada la situaci\u00f3n, \u00abel SUNCA se declara en conflicto con la empresa Norte Construcciones, a ra\u00edz del no reconocimiento por parte de la empresa de la condici\u00f3n de trabajadores permanentes a 84 trabajadores de las obras del barrio privado Huertas de los Horneros, en el Departamento de Canelones\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicho emprendimiento involucra a la Empresa Norte, y al grupo inversor La Buonora y Asociados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abAnte la falta de respuesta frente al incumplimiento de la Ley, el SUNCA profundizar\u00e1 las medidas del conflicto en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas aguardando la pr\u00f3xima instancia del d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles ante el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad
