Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la diaria,&nbsp;Aguerrondo, Scioscia, Frachelle y Cola nunca hab\u00edan sido procesados por su participaci\u00f3n en delitos de lesa humanidad cometidos durante la dictadura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pedido del fiscal especializado en Cr\u00edmenes de Lesa Humanidad, Ricardo Perciballe, y la fiscal adjunta, Mariela Su\u00e1rez, la jueza Urioste proces\u00f3 a los exmilitares sindicados de torturar presos pol\u00edticos en un centro clandestino conocido como \u00ab300 Carlos\u00bb. Dicho lugar funcion\u00f3 entre 1975 y 1977 en Avenida de las Instrucciones y Camino Casavalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre los represores pesaba un pedido de procesamiento con prisi\u00f3n desde fines de julio de 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su fallo, la jueza pidi\u00f3 que se aloje hasta este viernes a Mario Aguerrondo, Mario Carlos Frachelle y Mario Cola en el Instituto T\u00e9cnico Forense para que les realicen pericias m\u00e9dicas.
