La noticia que se conoci\u00f3 esta madrugada caus\u00f3 una profunda congoja en el PIT-CNT y en el escenario pol\u00edtico partidario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baraibar fue sindicalista de las cooperativas de consumo y del Sindicato de la Industria del Medicamento y Afines (SIMA), y tuvo una prol\u00edfica actividad como militante pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocup\u00f3 el cargo de subsecretario de Trabajo y Seguridad Social en dos gobiernos del Frente Amplio y adem\u00e1s, fue embajador itinerante del Uruguay en el exterior.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En las \u00faltimas horas falleci\u00f3 Julio Baraibar, exsubsecretario de Trabajo y Director Nacional de Trabajo.
