M\u00e1s de 10 mil trabajadoras y trabajadores recibir\u00e1n aumentos por encima del ajuste fijado por el Poder Ejecutivo para 2023.&nbsp;En este marco, se concreta una reivindicaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica: Adscritos, Ayudantes Preparadores, POP y Coordinadores de Secundaria y UTU, pasar\u00e1n a cobrar el total de horas trabajadas, sean cargos de 24 horas o de 33 horas. Es un proceso de correcci\u00f3n de esta inequidad iniciado en 2008, donde bajo las anteriores administraciones se pudo corregir un 75%, completando ahora con este nuevo acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aguardamos el porcentaje de ajuste que le corresponder\u00e1 al conjunto de trabajadoras y trabajadores a partir del 1 de enero, que se dar\u00e1 a conocer en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, en aplicaci\u00f3n del convenio suscripto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro elemento importante a destacar del acuerdo arribado en la jornada de hoy, es el aumento real del 3,28% a Inspectores, Directores y Subdirectores, porque como sindicato creemos en la carrera profesional docente y su reconocimiento tambi\u00e9n en materia salarial.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.utmides.org.uy\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/a-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.utmides.org.uy\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/a-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/www.utmides.org.uy\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/a-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.utmides.org.uy\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/a-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.utmides.org.uy\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/a.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el d\u00eda de hoy, se logr\u00f3 firmar el acuerdo salarial ANEP-CSEU.
